High Tensile Bolts are manufactured using by Carbon Steel or Alloy Steel, Grade En8D Round Bar used For Making High Tensile Grade 8.8 Bolts, Grade En19 Round Bar used for manufacturing High Tensile Grade 10.9 Bolts, SAE4140 Round Bar Used for ASTM A193 Grade B7 Bolts. Generally High Tensile Bolts are Heat Treated for improve mechanical strength. Process of Making High Tensile Stud Bolts is as below. Frist of all select grade of the raw material according to desired grade of High Tensile stud bolts manufacturing, after that the visual inspection done like diameter and surface finish of the raw material, second step is test chemical properties and mechanical properties of the raw material for confirm the grade and quality of the raw material, at third stage cutting of raw material done according to ordered size of high tensile stud bolts, next operation is threading process there two types of threading done first is cut threading which is done using by chaser machine or cutting tool and second types of Threading done hydraulic threading roll. after process of threading heat treatment of the stud bolts will be done and after heat treatment visual inspection and mechanical test for confirm grade we are well known name as High Tensile Grade 8.8 10.9 12.9 and B7 Stud Manufacturer.
